Whether you're into lifting, classes, badminton, or just want somewhere to move around — we've got you covered.

Our friendly staff will show you the ropes and make sure you feel right at home from day one.

    We'll show you exactly what to do and make sure you feel comfortable from day one.

    Every new member gets a free gym induction so you know how to use the equipment safely — and confidently.

A Few Things to Try If You're Feeling Nervous

  • Start with cardio

    Easing in on the bike, treadmill or rower is a great way to warm up and feel comfortable on the gym floor.

  • Headphones help

    Pop your headphones in, queue up a playlist, and tune out the rest of the room.

  • Ask staff anytime

    Robert, Jo, Liz, Mike and Janey are happy to show you how anything works — no question is too small.

  • Scan the machine QR codes

    Most machines have a QR code linking to a short video showing correct technique.

  • Everyone started somewhere

    Every regular here was new once. Take it at your own pace.

  • Teen Hour — Every Wednesday 4–5pm

    Included in your membership. Join our dedicated Teen Hour every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, led by one of our personal trainers.

    Train with other teens, get expert guidance, and try new things in a relaxed, supervised session.

    No extra cost. No experience needed. Just show up.

  • What Can You Do Here?

    Loads. Gym floor, fitness classes, spin, badminton, pickleball, indoor football and tennis — there's something for everyone.

    All 12 of our classes are open to teens. Our spin room has immersive lighting and music — it's a bit different from your average workout.

    Teen members also get free court access for various sports (with adult supervision).

  • For Parents

    We take the safety and well-being of all our teen members seriously. The gym is a safe, supervised environment with friendly staff on hand at the following times:

    Supervised hours: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM. Members under 16 must be accompanied by an adult outside these hours.

    Members under 16 need permission and training from the manager before using free weights.

    A complimentary induction is required for all new members before they use the gym independently.
